All chat conversations are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 — the same standard used by banks. Data stored in our database is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.
We use Supabase as our database provider, which provides enterprise-grade security, row-level security policies, and regular security audits.
All API keys are hashed and never stored in plain text. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with industry-standard salt rounds. JWT tokens expire regularly and are rotated on sensitive actions.
Each business account operates in complete isolation — you cannot access another business's data, agents, or conversations under any circumstances.
Our API includes intelligent rate limiting per route group to prevent abuse and ensure platform stability. Authentication endpoints have strict limits. Chat endpoints are tuned to allow normal real-time usage while preventing spam.
You own your data. We do not sell, share, or use your customer conversations for advertising. Data retention depends on your plan: Basic plan does not retain history, Pro retains 30 days, Pro Plus retains indefinitely. You may request full data deletion at any time.
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it to janimony.chat@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your report within 48 hours and resolve the issue promptly. We do not take legal action against good-faith security researchers.
